Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

-Following the purchase of one of our products we will do our best to have your order shipped within 1-2 working days.

-Once your item is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your order.

-Orders placed have options regarding standard and express delivery. Depending on your location, your shipping rate and shipping options will be adjusted at checkout.

-International orders will require more time for delivery as well, once shipping, you will be able to track the progress of your order

-Rural areas please allow for extra time for delivery as-well.

-All orders will be handled by Auspost.

Delays and unforeseen circumstances:

-We will always do our best to ship your order as soon as we can but there is a chance shipping could be delayed due to events that are out of our control (natural disasters, holiday peak periods etc.)

Where do we ship to?

-We are currently based in Australia but ship to New Zealand, Nearly all European countries, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and most of Asia
